1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Website and the services offered, including but not limited to custom printing, design services, and product sales. 1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.


2. Orders and Payments
2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. 2.2 All prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice. 2.3 Deposits must be made in full before production begins. 2.4 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment and final design approval.


3. Design and Proofing
3.1 Customers must review and approve all proofs before printing. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in design, spelling, or other inaccuracies. 3.2 We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content.


4. Production and Shipping
4.1 Production times vary depending on order specifications. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline but are not guaranteed. 4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 4.3 Shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. 5.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect order, you must notify us within 16 days of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). 5.3 Cancellations may be accepted only if the order has not yet entered production. A cancellation fee may apply.


6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, graphics, logos, and designs on the Website are the property of Marsden Print or their respective owners and may not be used without permission. 6.2 By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use and print the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. 7.2 Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services or products shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

8. Pricing
​8.1 Prices quoted are for "print ready" files. We reserve the right to apply additional charges where more than 10 minutes work is required to achieve the artwork including graphics or text requested by the client. All files supplied, either on disc, via email or USB will incur a $15 minimum charge which covers disc handling and opening and checking to ensure file is suitable for printing.

FREE DESIGN ON BUSINESS CARDS. Free design is offered on business cards. This includes up to three different designs created by our designers. The first set of alterations and changes done by the client are also FREE. Additional alterations and changes will be billed to the client at our standard rates.

9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts.
